Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.

Fulfillment

Josie Meir products are created by our brand and fulfilled through a trusted production and shipping partner. This allows us to offer our designs while ensuring each order is produced and shipped with care.

Some items may be shipped separately depending on the product type, fulfillment location, or availability. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at josie.meir@outlook.com with your order number and the correct address.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the shipping details.

Delayed, Lost, or Returned Packages

Josie Meir is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If you need further assistance, you may contact us and we will do our best to help.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
